At Whispering Willows we aim to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Please note that our terms and conditions as listed below do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer according to UK law.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit cards.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise Payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Delivery, Postage and Packaging
We aim to offer a high quality, efficient, delivery service.
Please note that at present we do not deliver goods outside of the UK or to Eire, Channel Isles or BFPO addresses.
Cards
- Individual cards - Post and packaging First class £1.00.
- Packs of 5 cards - £2.00
- Packs of 10 cards - £2.50
Gifts
- A Standard Delivery Charge of 4:50, is made per order (usually delivery within 3-5 working days).
- Free Standard Delivery is available if you spend over 50:00 in a single transaction.
- Next Day Delivery available at 7:50 per item on orders made before 1.00pm.
Bulk or Corporate Orders
We reserve the right to amend delivery charges where necessary for bulk or corporate orders placed on the website. The website delivery options are for consumer orders which do not exceed standard delivery costs. Additional costs will apply where a large number of items are ordered or where delivery to multiple addressed is required. Please email for a quote.
Please allow up to 10 days for a standard delivery even though you will normally receive your order within 3 5 days. If you believe your order to be seriously overdue please contact us.
Orders outside UK
Orders shipped to non-UK addresses are sent using Airsure or International Signed For, depending on the destination. Both provide proof of dispatch from the UK. Delivery time is approximately 4 working days to EU addresses and up to 10 days for the rest of the world. Whispering Willows cannot be held responsible if deliveries take longer than these estimates.
There is a standard delivery charge of £6.00 on all orders sent outside the UK.
We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control i.e. acts of God, rioting, floods, fire etc. as a guide. If in the unlikely event that our product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us, immediately.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase either, because the item you ordered is defective or you have simply changed your mind then, provided that it is in its original condition and the packaging has not been personalised, you can return it to us for replacement or refund, within 30 days of delivery. If the error is on our part we will refund you your costs in returning the item. If a product is returned because you have changed your mind, providing it is in a perfect resalable condition and is returned within 30 days of delivery, we will refund you the price of the item but we will not refund the postage costs.
In order to return items you will need to follow the following procedure. Email us at info@whisperingwillowsgifts.co.uk giving your name, address, daytime telephone number and item/s to be returned along with reason for return, please state whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then contact you with a Returns Address and Return Authorisation Code. Do not send anything back without a Return Authorisation Code otherwise we will be unable to process your return. A replacement or refund will be processed within 14 working days of our receipt of your returned item and Return Authorisation Code.
A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
Printing and Pricing Errors
In the event of a product being listed at a wrong price either due to human error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If payment has been charged for the purchase and your order cancelled, we will immediately issue a full refund.
Wedding Stationery Terms and Conditions
Sample cards will cost 2.50 each. If an order is placed with us, we will deduct the cost of the samples up to 10.
We are able to produce your wedding stationery in Welsh, English or even bilingually.
The stationery is designed specifically for you and in consultation with you. It is up to you to decide what wording you wish to use but we can offer you some examples. You have the choice of typeface used and colour ink used. Some hymns are still under copyright should you wish to use one of these in your order of service there is a charge for this which is approximately 10 -15.
When you have decided on your design etc, we will send you a sample proof. Check very carefully that the design and wording is correct and let us know if you need any amendments. Only when you are fully satisfied should you sign and date the proof. Work will begin on your stationery when we have received the signed proof. Should you require any amendments after you have approved the proof we may have to make additional charges.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the wedding stationery is required when you sign and date your proof. Payment of the deposit must be received before work begins. You will be invoiced for the balance which must be paid prior to delivery of the stationery. The delivery date will be agreed beforehand by both parties ensuring that you have all your stationery to hand in ample time.
Should you cancel your order within 28 days of your delivery date then we will reserve the right not to refund any of the deposit. If the order is cancelled 28 days or more before the agreed delivery date then we will refund half of the deposit only.
